Interior and exterior Doors

Also known as swing doors, the most commonly used door. These doors open and close on one side using hinges.

The main entrance to your residence or building. Sometimes accommodated with sidelights or transoms.

A large door that rotates vertically on a spindle, or vertical axis, that's offset from the door's edge. The hinges are attached to the top and bottom of the door, which allows the door's weight to be transferred vertically.  

 A barn door  doesn't require hinges on the side and a door jamb to function. Instead a barn door lays flat against the wall and has two rollers attached to the top of the door which roll along a track. 

 A gliding door that, when fully open, disappears into a compartment in the adjacent wall. They can travel on rollers suspended from an overhead track or tracks or guides along the floor. 

Typically, an exterior double door construction with glass panes extending for most of its length.
