Dear Owner,

I wish we had more doors to replace. Our experience in replacing just one sliding glass patio door was downright enjoyable.

Alex showed us a variety of doors, walked us through features and advantages. He's most knowledgeable, very customer focused, most pleasant to deal with.

When Installation Day arrived, Jose and Gary arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do, how long it would take, answered questions throughout the install process. They worked well together; were especially kind and considerate. When they left at the end of the day, the only evidence of them being here was a brand new sliding door.

The screen door crew, Mark and Isaac, had the same traits and behaviors: competent, well mannered, considerate and knowledgeable.

As a small business owner, you must have a remarkable training program or you must reward your employees well. They represent you and your business in the best possible light. We shall happily recommend Krausch Architectural to anyone.
